Bill,

>From what I've heard the Rochesters are higher than the Holleys, and increase
your hood clearance problems.  Think about the Edelbrock version of the Carter
AFB.  They had it "re-engineered" by Weber in certain passages and jetting, and
from my personal experience is a smooth running carb that is easy to tune and
maintain.
