Looking at my aluminum bell housing, I noticed some cracks. As my Tiger
has already been the recipient of a blown clutch, I started thinking
about a new bell housing. Tiger Supplements II mentions a company in
San Diego, JBA, that makes a steel bellhousing to mate a top loader to a
6 bolt 289.
Has anyone had experience with this scattershield or any other
scattershield?
Does JBA still exist?
How much hammering is required to get a scattershield to fit?
Are there any that do not require the hammer?
