A careful reading of the original message should disclose that "JB 007" are NOT
the two letters and three numbers referred to in the offering.
That identity is closely held, and only disclosible to the members of the 9th
Circle of Adepts.
Any cash offerings to the non-qualified charity will be accepted. Since the DNC
has ruled donation contributions must be anonymous, no receipts will be issued,
and only cash will be accepted. Large denomination US currency MUST be with the
offset picture, for security purposes. No sequential serial numbers, please.
C.O.D. not accepted, nor any plastic. Plain brown envelopes, or brown paper
wrapped shoe boxes have worked well, if a water soaking will not damage
contents.
