I'm announcing a kinder, gentler policy regarding people who let their
mailboxes get full, causing me to get all kinds of bounced email
messages.
In the past, I would ruthlessly delete those people from the list.
The kinder, gentler policy is to convert them to the digest list, so I
only see one bounced message per day.
So if you find you're suddenly converted to the digest, you'll know why.
I will still be removing people from the list who look like they've lost
their accounts or if it looks like their ISP has gone out of business.
So now you know.
