Hello To Everyone Going To SUNI III,
O.K., so I like to plan things but part of the fun is in the planning.
I am not A-Retentive! SUNI III will be here before we know it and we
will be traveling there on a holiday weekend and it seems like a good
idea to make plans and reservations now. After looking at the maps and
counting the mileage we have come up with the following itinerary. This
is not set in stone yet and we are looking for other ideas and to see if
anyone is interested in going in a caravan. If you are driving your
Sunbeam, it is definitely advantageous to go with a group and a lot of
fun no matter what you are driving. The start time has not yet been
selected and depends on how hot it will be.
Thursday, July 1st. Ontario, CA to Cedar City, Utah, approximately 402
miles. Meet at the J.C. Penney parking lot at the Ontario Mills Outlet,
just north of I-10, Milliken offramp. Take I-10 east to I-15 north.
Friday, July 2nd. Cedar City, Utah to Poactello, Idaho, approximately
417 miles.
Saturday, July 3rd. Pocatello, Idaho to Big Sky, Montana, approximately
204 miles.
Does anyone have any input? Is anyone interested in going at the same
time we are going?
