Jim: The trim ring is a '63/'64 Ford Galaxy part, from a 4 speed model.
Your best bet would be to try a NOS Ford specialist, like the ones found in
Hemmings. I actually found one at a local Ford dealer @ 8 years ago, but I
doubt anyone could get that lucky in 1999.
