The latest issue of Autoweek (Jan. 3, 2000) has an article on the Nov.
7 Daytona Continental Historics that mentions that "a '66 Sunbeam Tiger
slid off at the east horseshoe, hitting the tire wall and flipping
upside down. With raw fuel streaming down the car's side, eight safety
workers hefted one side of it up, and the driver crawled out, shaken but
not stirred, thanks to comprehensive rollover protection."
Does anybody know who this was? Is the driver really OK? And did the
car recover? Who constructed the "rollover protection?"
