Front valence body help needed

Just got a call from my Restorer.  He said that the
front valence I got from Tiger Tom was a great piece
of work. (thanks Tom)
He wants to know if the front valence seam is supposed
to be filled or not.  Mine is a Mk1a.  My SV Alpine is
no help, one seam is filled, the other is not!  I am
out of town and (gasp) I forgot my Vin#.  It is one
one of the first 2000 MK1a's.
