Randal, I was faced with the same problem. I put a substantial ground strap from the bolt on the bell housing to the old Alpine supports for the steering, I believe. These are the the two threaded holes on the angled plates facing down near the end of the engine bay. I tapped the hole, and added a star washer for a good positive ground. The bell housing bolt hole was already clean. Larry |
