Turn Signal Stem Finish and rubber plug

I have one with a chrome stem and one with a black one, which would be
correct for a MK1 Tiger?  Are the plastic cam thingies that deactivate the
signal available?

Also, does anyone have one of the rubber plugs for the unused column cover
hole that they would be willing to part with?

PS I would have liked to use can...  wait for it... cel instead of
deactivate but the list server doesn't like that word!
