Rande, and all Tigers/'Piners with Macs,

If you do not like the tag [x-mac-creator="4D4F5353"] added on to the
subject line of your posts, I have finally found the solution.

First. it only happens to Mac owners.
Second, it only happens when the Mac owner is using Netscape Mail.

Solution: Before you start to reply or send a post to the list, go into
your Netscape Edit/Preferences/Formatting and change the "radio button"
under selection "Message Formatting" from "Use the HTML editor to
compose messages" to "Use the plain text editor to compose messages".

This will make your text tool bar disappear, but it will prevent your
"Subject:" line from being "tagged"

You can always change it back for other e-mail sending. Yes, it's a
pain, but that's what the team-net server does.

SOAP BOX TIME:
Another solution might be to try the new Outlook Express 5.02 and the
Internet Explorer 5.0 for the Mac. The I.E. is a lot better than the
latest Windows release, and the new OE allows all your address book
entries and all your email saved folders to be automatically transferred
by request. Much as it hurts me to recommend any Micro$quish product,
sometimes there are compensations for being a part of the herd,
especially when the "M$ Wolf" is making software that prevents Netscape
from reading sites well, or at all.
