Well, no. While this is the correct address for POSTING
to the list, it is NOT the correct address for "subscribing"
to your choice of the Tiger List, or the separate Tiger Digest.
You must already be subscribed, or your message would not have
come through, but are you subscribed to the "immediate list", or
the "digest"?
It depends on what you put in the body of your message.
Below are the complete instructions, copied directly from the
"Links" page of http://www.TigersUnited.com
You will know which one you subscribe to, if you are getting
individual posts, rather than summaries of multiple posts at
less frequent intervals.
QUOTE:
1. Use the Email address majordomo@autox.team.net
to send e-mail to automated list manager.
2. In the message area of your
e-mail write "subscribe Tigers", for
immediate messages, or write
"subscribe Tigers-digest" for a
once-a-day summary mailing.
3. You will receive a reply from
majordomo asking you if you want
to be added to the mailing list.
Simply return the confirmation
number, sit back, and get to know
other Tiger owners!
4. To remove yourself from the list
