Steve,

1) A distributor tuner has a box full
2) Accell and Mr. Gasket make a bag full
3) Bob Palmer has good, sound advance numbers to shoot for, even it you
do it yourself.
4) You will need a harmonic balancer degree tape for the exact idea of
just where your advance/rpm is, unless you have a $60-$100 dial-back
timing light. Made by Mr. Gasket.
