Steve,

That fan, installed on a properly set-back and reversed water pump to
unique Tiger specifications, works just fine, and pumps just fine. No
need for adjustment. Provided you do have the correct set-back and
reversed pump hub, and have trimmed the fan blades to clear the rack
properly. If so, leave it alone.
