Wheel/Hub badges

Several listers have asked if I wanted to dispense with the badges, but
I plan on keeping them.  Actually I had thought that I would put them on
the plain alloy wheel centres on my Tiger, if no-one could come up with
anything definitive about them. Russ Maddock has suggested that the
badges probably originated with a Rapier, and have been separately
applied to alloy wheel centres.
