Dan Walters 909.792.3568 (left coast). Cost me $220 a few years ago + $13
for shipping. It comes bare metal, so you'll want to paint.

I bought mine just one year before TractionMaster started making the ones
for the Tiger again. The Dan Walters design is better, though, if you don't
care for originality.

For the speedo cable, you could try removing the clamp, and cutting a
section out of the bottom. Loosely bolt the clamp on, but have the clamp
vertical. Put in the cable end, let the clamp fall down over it, and
tighten.

Best of luck!

Where in the heck can I get some info on the 'Torque tube' that Dan Walters
developed to tame axle wrap up? <snip>

<snip> I
have to install a speedo cable I just had made up and from under the car it
seems undoable........
