Chris,

I used a "universal" black grained plastic case (Pep Boys) with screws
to the steel edge under the lower dash pad and a bent bracket with
vertical legs up to the dash steel fore/aft support.

Still using antenna that came with car (no radio) because I did not want
to fill hole. The "Untenna" is also a Pep Boys item, and is a good idea.

The speakers are enclosed 4" two-way with U shaped bracket around
speaker that allows adjustment both sideways and rotate up/down. It
attaches to a small block that mounts with one screw into the box
structure under the dash.

The Speakers are Sparkomatic SK 42, and cannot be seen unless you stick
your head under the dash. Sound pretty good with the Pioneer AM/FM CD
with removable face. Whole thing can easily come out for a concours
with 4 screws for the radio and the speakers disassemble. All electrical
connections are through connectors.

Even my Edelbrock Fuel/Air meter is connected through plugs and mounted
to the radio case with Velcro.

Even the hub covers are screw-on knock-offs, in case I have to
quick-change the hub caps in the pits. {8-) But true.

Playing the Beach Boys, Fun-Fun-Fun and cruisin'

Steve
