Mike - Welcome to the list. I'm afraid I don't have any of the parts you need,
but as a long time tiger owner and list member, I may be able to give you some
useful information.
First, there are many years worth of list archives that are a valuable source of
information. They are easily accessed via keyword on the following URL:

Now I'll try to address your needs and questions.
There are several possible places to get the parts you need.
1) ebay. I've been looking for Sunbeam parts on ebay for years, and I've seen
several washer bottles, a couple of brake boosters, and maybe one fan shroud.
2) one of the commerical Sunbeam parts dealers. The most likely candidates are
Sunbeam Specialities, Classic Sunbeam, or Rootes Group Depot. The URL for the

4) Someone from the list.
The fan shroud is a very rare part, and will be expensive if you can find one.
The bottle isn't too hard to get. There are a couple of different types, so you
probably want to get the right one for your car. The booster isn't too hard to
get, either, but they never work. If you find one, you probably can get it
rebuilt at Rootes Group Depot for about $200. Once again, there are a couple of
different types; I believe the '65 came with a 5" (small size) drum.
As for the part location questions:
1) The brake union/stop light switch mounts on the passenger side fender under
the
generator. Rick (Sunbeam Specialities) has new switch units, but these are not
reliable. I ended up installing a modern mechanical unit next to the brake
petal
arm.
2) The oil filter mount with headers is (no mincing words here) is a complete
pain
in the ass. I've spent hours and hours trying to get mine to work. I suggest
you
try searching the list archives, and please let me know if you find something
that
works for you.
3) Fuel pump location. The correct fuel pump is located in what would be the
Alpine battery box. The original model was made by SU. Rick still sells them.
Gotta be careful about leaks, since they will drop right on the exhaust pipes.
My
fuel filter is in the engine compartment near the distributor.
