The only way a spoiler will help is if it looks like one on a blazer that
directs air down at the back. Really would look stupid. Any turned up
spoiler that would increase down force would also increase the negative
pressure in the trunk area.
To do the powder coating the best place for me was Caps Bright Hot Coatings
in Fresno CA. I would ceramic coat the cast Iron inside and out after I
opened up the inners with a die grinder to improve flow.
