Peugeot have a current / recent model which no centre hole. It is the
406 V6, I had one for a couple of years. The tyre company got an adapter
for their standard balancing machine to be able to set them up.

I believe they had one in each depot and it was a plat plate with
adjustable studs which mounted where the normal spindle goes.

They centred the wheel up and let it spin to do the balance. It seemed
to work for my car. Maybe if you have a Peugeot dealer they may be able
to help?
