I don't have my car handy at the moment, but can't you just turn the body of
the washer unit, from behind the dash, enough to loosen (or tighten) that
nut? It seems like the friction of the nut against the dash would do the
work for you just fine. But, as I said, I can't look at it myself right
now...just a thought.
