I plan during this Spring to re-veneer the dashboard due to cracks, and need 
advice on height (font) of the white lettering for the switches. Understand 
from earlier mails that "BLOWER" is on a metal tag plate, and the other 
lettering is in white capital letters.

Also, ho many millimeters is the distance from center of the switch hole to 
top of the lettering?

Have found a UV-resistant clear laquer made by Hempel which is expensive but 
shall give a finish better than new. It is normally used for yacht panels.

Secondly I need to give the the edges of the outer fuel and oil pressure gauge 
face a repaint, but it is hard to find an enamel that resembles the non-gloss 
black finish 100%. Any tip on how to do this?
