Might I also add that the cable casing probably needs to be clean out of all
the old (hardened) lubricant and dirt. Likely a can of spray cleaner and the
stick noozle will get it done. Lube properly (not sure what is recommended).
Too often I see the cable replaced only to find the same problem after a
short period of time if the above is not folowed (I know, I have made this
