I've been watching this list for a year and a half through a back door I
happened upon. Considering my computer illiteracy, I only just figured out how
this all works (a little bit anyway). The stuff I've read has helped a great
deal.
I am currently freshening B382000975, a color code 1 Southern California car
one owner from new. I just finished installing Martha's carpet kit.
Many of you have corresponded with me, spoken to me, or sold me stuff to date.
I'd like to publicly thank Curt, Rick and Norm for their help and Steve for his
interest.
Save for LAT wheels, hood, shocks, traction bars and an SW ammeter all
installed in the '60's, my car was bone stock and complete when I got it
(although very worn), and to the extent I have replaced anything to date I have
made every attempt to keep it that way. Further, I have documented what
appeared to be the original configuration. If I can be of any assistance to
anyone, feel free to ask.
