I just removed 195-70/13s from my Westerns (5.5 inch, about 4.25 inch
backdistance) from all 4 corners, and I was always amazed that they
didn't rub.  There just wasn't much room left.  I had to trim the
valence in the front, but even the previous 175-80's on stock wheels
rubbed there. 

So I'm just guessing, but you may run out of room.
