Rear Spring Front Eye Location Repair

Hello All,

The rear spring front eye locations on the frame of my Tiger are in need of 
repair due to a combination of rust and (ab)use of horsepower. Are there "patch 
panels" available to repair these suspension pick up points on the frame?
