Probably the most well-published errors of omission were made in Bill
Carroll's book - no mention of the South African Tigers (73 right there),
and he also missed out on the final dozen or so Mk1A's. I would guess that
some folks probably have also been misled by the MkII's serial numbering
starting at 100, after the first two proto's were built.
