Start with a good penetrating oil. Let stand for three days with
reapplication of oil regularly;

Then bang solidly with a hammer a few times;

Then heat the connection till it glows a dim red;

Then put wrench to bolt;

Bolt will break at the most inopportune place while you are pushing towards a
jagged surface with your knuckles outward.

Drill out center of remaining bolt;

Apply easy out until you have totally stripped the inside of the bolt;

Repeat process with larger easy outs until the bolt is completely gone, and
the receiving threads are also destroyed;

Get a larger drill bit and drill out the hole to a larger size;

Rethread the new hole;

Attempt to insert the larger bolt (at this point you will notice that you
jumped threads with the rethreader)

Repeat.

Voila--works every time.
