For one more time, the nefarious Scarlet Pimpernel Moonstone has struck

everywhere. That damned elusive Pimpernel visage, The Scarlet Moonstone,
Yes, it WAS a French "Top Secret". It was the secret method used to
hold "Le Toupee" on the head with the Citroen vehicle's top down. MI-6
stole the plans, British Intelligence decoded it into the King's
English, mysteriously, from the French "Head Topping Fixer", to the the
English "Hood Fixer", and we have been stuck with that miserable design
since. And the hair pieces still fly like loose newspapers around the M-1.
