Parts to solve the Ackerman Angle

Listers,
I know that you use MGB steering arms and a Midget steering rack....I read 
it at TigersUnited.Com

I just wondered if there were any differences between years for the steering 
rack? Is there a year I should look for? more desireable? or will any do?
