The turn signals get voltage through the green wire. You need to
check for voltage at the fuse block on the green wires. Check for voltage
at the flasher connector green wire and work you way forward to the lights
and most important you need to check for ground at the turn signals. The
turn signals go to ground through the attaching screws, this is the most
common problem; no ground, no lights. The next most common problem is
corrosion in the bulb sockets. Check for voltage, check continuity of the
wires and you should be able to find the problem. Refer to the wiring
diagram in the Manual so you know what color wires go to the different
lights. The Lucas Flasher makes the lights blink.

Subject: Turn Signals

hey,

i need some info on how to fix my problem. The turn signals dont work. And
i
have all new bulbs in. I have done a current checker thing on the sockets
and it reads nothing. So there is something before the sockets that isnt
working. What could it be? Today i saw under the dash where are the turn
signal
wires go. And then ther was this thing that plugs into it. It said "Lucas
Flasher DO NOT DROP." now im assuming that is the thing that makes the
lights
blink. Right? Ok well i dont know what to do. I am not very good at
electric
stuff. Please help me.

Thanks
