This happens far more than many expect. You can even do this by putting the  
wrong screws in the wrong place....yes they are the same size and all came 
from  the door, but some may be different lengths. If someone has 
'Reupholstered" 
your  door with nice bright sheet metal screws holding it together, this is  
a sure place to look.
