This guy, Michael Holmes, has filed to register the trademarks Sunbeam
Alpine and Sunbeam Tiger and just Sunbeam:

I wonder if there is any counter-claim, or whether the ") 2005 Sunbeam
Products, Inc. Boca Raton, FL 33431" mixer and appliance manufacturer
hasn't already received rights to "Sunbeam". Even the script looks familiar.
