Tom Hall and Rob Guerra have also performed Tremec conversions for  clients 
with Tigers as well. If you plan on any torque levels above 330  ft/lbs, then 
the T5 may be suspect. Of course some cutting is required, but the  Tremec is a 
superior transmission.
 
Also, the AMC tailshaft housing in Dale's T5 kit was prone to  leaks. The new 
kit from Tom and Rob has engineered out all the  issues with the old AMC 
tailshaft installation.
