Derrick,
I would put pictures of your Tiger on my wish list!

My car was running without the booster and I felt the brakes were fine...if 
your car has been sitting for a decade then I would look at all the brake 
system.

Not sure where to find a fan shroud but I would just advertise/email people 
(like you did) that you are looking, I am sure there is one out there 
waiting for you.
