Rob Guerra and Tom Hall advertise new 5-bolt scattershields for sale in the  
back of the STOA monthly newsletter. 
 
My experience with many scattershields on different cars has been that  they 
hang lower to the ground, so ground clearance will decrease, and  they're a 
tight fit, but they do fit with some extra work.
 
Also, I believe you will need to measure the "runout" with a dial  indicator 
which aligns the bellhousing with the block.
