AMEN to that.   Warren Buffet said that he liked the insurance business because 
it was the only one he knew where the company was paid in advance for services 
and then the company got to decide whether or not to deliver the service to the 
customer.  That's even better than bookmaking!

    The biggest problem with any insurance is you never really know how good
