Rocker Arm Nut

On the stock 260, is there supposed to be 2 nuts that
hold down the rocker arms or just 1?  Mine came with
just 1 and they keep backing off, causing my hydraulic
lifters to tap.  It seems like I should either replace
the studs and nuts (a pain) or put a second 5/16 nut
behind the first one and tighten them together.
