I had the privilege of getting to look at the car Dale A. restored for
himself and then sold a while ago and when looking at it I noticed that
there was a rubber bumper under the horn ring on both sides of the
steering wheel radial steel wires. The cushion act to ensure that the
horn ring never makes metal to metal contact with the actual steering
wheel.
Does anyone know where on earth I can get two of those or are they now
made out of unobtainium and no longer made out of rubber.
