I dabble with the home shop machining a bit myself. It's great fun
although I'm not anywhere near the skill level (or have the time) to
produce something like this V8. At any rate, there's a great show in
January every year called the Cabin Fever Expo. It's held in York, Pa.
and is something to see if you're at all interested in model
engineering. Here's a link to some photos I took a couple of years ago.
