I would suggest a Hydraulic Roller replacement as the emissions go up as
the centerline overlap and duration increases and the exhaust charge is
polluted with raw fuel. The hydraulic rollers offer exceptional vacuum
with unbelievable ramp speeds with little overlap. As an example a mild
Hydraulic retrofit roller will likely make more power than your
mechanical cam with less overlap and no setting the valves.
The retrofit kits are not cheap but I would REALLY recommend them. If
you wonder what is required to retrofit the kit there are sites that
have more detail on that.
