        Something in that system must be in a bind condition.   I suggest
you loosen and check each component separately for function; lubricate the
parts as needed and check the alignment of the parts to each other.

I'm looking for a fix to a problem I'm having with the emergency brake
cable. When I try to release the handle, the cable wants to bend right in
front of the sheath instead of moving into it. Any thoughts?
