I recently installed one of Dan Walters' torque arms on my Tiger -
haven't driven it yet though. It mimics the torque arm found on recent
generation Camaro/Firebird platforms, but it is basically an all bolt-in
installation. The ones I ordered for myself and another local Tiger
owner were serial numbers 159 and 160 - Dan has built that many in the
last dozen years. I've driven stock Tigers, my own Tiger came with
weld-on Traction Masters (and the attendant frame damage they caused),
and I've driven several Tigers with Dan's torque arm, and the difference
in ride quality and control is amazing.
I can send you some pictures if you need them - I'll be doing a
TigersUnited.com feature on the torque arm when I get around to it.
