Not sure if this helps but...

My Panasport boxes say...
15x6...22mm offset
15x7...30mm offset

You can see my car with Panasports here...
http://www.breuhan.com/sunbeam/looking/bf2.jpg

And according to an online wheel offset calculator I found...
http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/offset.html
If I switched wheels...

FRONT...
The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 21mm
LESSThe outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 5mm

REAR...
The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 10mm
LESSThe outside edge of the wheel will RETRACT in towards the body by 10mm

5mm = .20 inches
10mm = .39 inches
21mm = .83 inches

The ROTA wheels might be usable...but I don't know that they would be the best
selection....or if bringing in the front wheels .83" will clear everything.
And I think the rear wheels could actually be farther out a little bit more on
my car...I wouldn't want to move them in any more.

Paul
