Well, whatever is should be called, it's apart. The screw holding the
locking arm in place was stripped. I had to grind the head off, take it apart
and
then using small vice grips was able to get the screw out. Now I'll try to
clean the threads up in the cylinder and go with a new machine screw. It
appears to be #8 x32, but I can't really tell. Would they have used metric on
this??/
