        I'm not sure of your exact situation here but I would think a center
punch and a BFG hammer would shatter it.
This is one reason I don't use "Easy Outs" any more.

Anybody have a suggestion for removing an easy out (great misnomer) that has
broken off flush with the surface?  Heat is not an option.  Will anything
grind up one of these things?  Thanks.
