No.
The '85 had a wide serpentine belt so you at least need to change
the pully on the alternator. The bracket might be able to be used
somehow but I bet it would need alot of re-work.

Subject: [Tigers] Alternator & T chain cover

I didn't mention I have a dual row timing chain. My retired Ford mech buddy
said the old TC Cover probably wouldn't work with a two row chain???

I have a new alternator and I'd like to use it as well.

Thanks Tom,
Pictures would be great. I forgot to mention I have a new Ford '85
Alternator I would like to use. Do either chain covers work better with an

alternator?
Can I use stock '85 alternator brackets on a Tiger?
Thanks Tom
