I second(or third) Ron's description of the single rubber strip between the 
bracket
and pump.

For those folks looking for a source for insulator material, Honda/Acura has
a a series of product enhancement bulletins for things like squeeks and rattles,
and the cure was strips of this stuff in various thicknesses. It comes in a
roll with real part numbers(and you don't need a complete roll), and IIRC, the
number starts with 06993-SA5-... and might change with the thickness. Hopefully
they'll sell you just a portion of it, and hopefully they'll still have a small
assortment of thicknesses.
