One of the great challenges of restoring old stuff - particularly when
things you didn't know existed are missing!
I made a throttle stop using a photo of one I found on eBay and the Parts
Manual depiction of it - last week! I had the same difficulty when it came
to the rubber 'bumper'; I made one by supergluing some small component
rubber feet together and turning them to shape. Rubber is a bear to work
with, but persistence overcomes....

I'll check on eBay for your piece, and if its better than mine I'll bid on
it!
Good luck with your enterprise, and let me know if you are going to make
any other hard-to-find Tiger bits.

assembly. It took me another year to buy one for a price I could live
with--$50.00. We have made it exactly like the original including turning
the rubber stop as nothing was available to match as a lot of people want
it exact even though you can't see it. It will be listed for sale on Ebay
this weekend with mounting hardware and pictures of where to install it.
