[Tigers] Tiger shoulder belt mount

Larry, sometimes, if you look at the rear wheel well from outside, you'll see a 
plastic cap that covers the threaded hole, my 1A is like that. Sometimes the 
hole for some reason is open, and you may need to chase the threads to bolt it 
up. You may have to look at the wheel well without the wheel installed.
